Kuwait – Mubasher: Kuwait Investment has received an exchange offer from GFH Financial Group at a value of KWD 9.36 million ($30.76 million).

The offer includes exchanging Kuwait Investment’s units in Energy City Navi Mumbai and another project in Morocco for 32.28 million of GFH's shares to raise capital, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.

A single unit amounts to $110.

At the stock level, Kuwait Investment on Wednesday closed the session at 94 fils, while GFH ended the session at 188 fils.
